It represents a great advance in the diagnostic field since it allows various structures such as muscles, tendons, ligaments and bursae to be explored non-invasively and in real time. The great advantage of ultrasound is that the images are dynamic and allow us to evaluate areas of the body in movement (contraction or tear of a muscle, degeneration or rupture of a tendon, ligament sprains, bursitis or synovitis).

Through Echo Doppler ultrasound we can evaluate small arteries and veins that supply skeletal structures, observing the changes that occur in them during the healing process and the evolution of the treatment in real time.
